Dr. Morgan was born and raised in the vibrant Caribbean island of Trinidad where she grew up amidst 8 siblings, and developed a deep passion for learning and a fierce determination to make a positive impact in the world.

Dr. Morgan earned a PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of the West Indies, Mona campus in Jamaica, and also completed a post-graduate diploma in Professional Studies in Special Education and Program Evaluation from the University of Miami. She went on to become a practicing Educational Psychologist and a Specialist in Education, using her expertise to empower countless individuals to achieve their full potential. 

As a pioneer in Jamaica's Christian school sector, Dr. Morgan co-founded the first Christian academy, Covenant Christian Academy and Children's Center. The school became a model of excellence in the field and provided a template for those who followed thereafter. She also served as Head of the Child Assessment and Research in Education Center of the MICO Teachers University College in Kingston, Jamaica, and as an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Education at Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Dr. Morgan's tireless efforts to develop 21st century leaders through education have been felt around the world. She has functioned as the head of the International Leadership Training Institute led by Dr. Myles Munroe of the Bahamas. She also has been functional on the board of   the International Third World Leaders Association, one of the foremost International Leadership bodies. She currently serves on the board of the University of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. 

Her written works, including the best-selling “Battle For The Seed”, “How to Raise Children of Destiny”, and “The Cry of The Children”, have inspired and informed countless readers, helping them to become better parents, leaders, and people.

Dr. Morgan’s heart for women and desire to see them operate in their God-given dominion was expressed through her leadership as the first president of the Women’s Aglow Movement in Jamaica. She continues to inspire women through speaking engagements and mentorship. 

A renowned international conference speaker, Dr. Morgan has touched hearts and minds in every corner of the globe. She is a prophetic voice to generations and nations, passionately imparting the principles of dominion and destiny to those around her.

Dr. Morgan married Bishop C.B. Peter Morgan in 1966. She is the proud mother of four children, Cathy - A school principal in Toronto, Canada, Colin - Founder & CEO of a global non- profit organization based in North Carolina, USA, Carrington Jr. a Social Change Strategist in Jamaica, and Christopher, the Founder & Senior Pastor of Go for God Family Church and a restaurateur in Jamaica. She has also raised multiple foster children and is a spiritual mother and grandmother to many. She has a son-in-law, Frantzlier, and two daughters-in-law, Renee Alani and Marsha. She has one grandson and four granddaughters.
